Whether we are designing a remodel, improvement, or building a project from the ground up, our designs are not just nice to look at, they have a purpose. Our goals are for the final product to yield higher rents per square foot, cost less to maintain, and capitalize more quickly. But, of course, they will also be nice to look at.

I have worked with Investment Builders over the last four and a half years on many projects with the properties I manage. They are knowledgeable with all aspects of construction and repair, courteous to residents and quick to respond. We use IB for apartment turns, exterior repairs, minor maintenance requests, and after-hours emergency calls. I have been hesitant to work with one stop shops as they show strengths in one area and serious weaknesses in others. However, this has not been my experience with Investment Builders.
